Creating curiosity about self-introspection and positive mental wellbeing through bilingual psychological insights

What is Manohandara?

Manohandara website is aimed at creating curiosity among readers regarding how to introspect one's own self, understand it, and also how to obtain and maintain better positive mental wellbeing. It is a bilingual website where articles are published both in Kannada and English languages. The reader can choose their preferred language to read the articles.

Manohandara itself is a Kannada term which may be interpreted as a psychological frame of mind. Frame of mind refers to a particular state or condition of one's feelings and thoughts, the mood. We all generally say that we are in a good mood or not in the mood to complete a given task in our daily interactions.

As we are all aware, people with knowledge of Psychology can understand and interpret the role of mind in various mental processes like attention, perception, feelings, emotions, thoughts, memories, etc. However, people who are really interested in understanding their own psychology but lack professional experience, may read our articles on this website.

The articles are presented in simple language with life examples, tips, case studies and research-based evidence. This website is purely designed out of passion for psychology and medical & psychiatric social work. By reading our articles, hopefully, a person is able to develop positive self-understanding and make better adjustments to personal, interpersonal and social environments.
